New request: [specific addition].
Added work estimate: [time/resources].
Option A: replace [named item] with [new item].
Option B: defer [new item] to [proposed window].
Option C: request [explicit extra resources].
Approved option and owner: [pending / confirmed].

Use when a request changes agreed work. Do not describe a proposal as approved or assume that an added budget creates time in the calendar.
